THE PROCESS
- Send an Email to express an interest in telephone coaching.
- You will be sent a pre coaching form to give some general information about yourself and to elicit the purpose for coaching
- You will receive an introductory coaching response that looks at some of the issues you have mentioned. At this stage you will be invited to start telephone coaching if you feel is it what you are looking for. A regular time slot for your calls will be set up and you will also be requested to pay on line before your first session takes place over the phone.
Once you start telephone coaching you will discover that each session is carefully structured. Before each session you will be emailed a feedback form to ensure each session is kept on track and that your requirements are being met.
Telephone coaching is a viable alternative to face-to-face meetings. It is effective because the interaction is very focused and the process is more concentrated. In addition neither you nor the coach will be distracted by physical appearances and other possible distractions.
Telephone coaching is extremely discrete . No one may ever know who you are, or what you are talking about. In addition you have the added bonus being coached wherever you find convenient and not have to travel to meet your coach. Even if you have a busy schedule and travel frequently, telephone coaching is still possible.
